We present a building that forms part of the Special Plan for the Protection of the Historic Centre. A volume made up of three bodies, two of which must totally or partially maintain their original architectural values. In this case, divisions into several dwellings are permitted as long as they do not spoil the elements of interest. In this part of the building there are rooms with hydraulic floors and beautiful coffered ceilings. The central part, with views of Avenida Salvador Dalí, allows an intervention consisting of the total demolition of the building and the subsequent construction of a new building.
